FORCE Technology's Business Code of Conduct
FORCE Technology recognises the Fundamental Principles stated in the UN Global Compact.
We believe in conducting business in a responsible manner and in our interaction with stakeholders and partners, we encourage positive contributions to the benefit of current and future generations.
FORCE Technology has high standards of business and personnel ethics, and we approach performance with professionalism. Being an independent GTS-institution under Danish law, we operate to support and strengthen the competitive framework of the industry and to promote innovation, development, and efficiency to the benefit of the industry and the society as defined by our Articles of Association. Acting as an accredited third party conformity assessment body, we guard our independence and credibility and we respect our customers’ rights of confidentiality and our obligation to avoid conflict of interests.
FORCE Technology recognizes its role as a global partner and it is our vision to advance the Fundamental Principles in a dynamic process and to continuously strive for improvements. This Business Code of Conduct is a tool for this purpose expressing the core values to fulfill our vision and we encourage commitment and development in co-operation with all stakeholders and partners. Therefore, we encourage our suppliers and other business partners to adhere to the principles stated in this Business Code of Conduct.
Human Rights
We support and respect the protection of internationally recognized human rights and in our operations we avoid to become complicit in human rights abuses.Labor Rights
We treat our employees with dignity and respect, and we do not engage persons against their own free will. Employees have free rights to join with any lawful workers’ association or collective bargaining association, and working hours shall comply with local law and applicable agreements.Employees are paid fair living wages and as such in compliance with wage required under local laws, regulations, and prevailing industry standards. We do not engage in unlawful discrimination, directly or indirectly, in hiring and during the employment process and we support the effective abolishment of Child Labor in accordance with the principles of the ILO conventions on child labor.
We apply these rights to all employees, hired labor and other workers.
